CHANTILLY, VA - March 20th, 2009: - Chantilly based ALEX-Alternative Experts LLC (ALEX) has been awarded 8a certification by the U.S. Small Business Administration. By meeting the qualifications of the SBA 8a program, ALEX is qualified to receive business development support which allows eligibility to bid on 8a set aside contracts throughout the program term.
