ALEX provides Transportation Services for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Headquarters.

U.S Office of Personnel Management

ALEX provides User Help, Training and other IT Technical Support to the Office of Personnel Management for its EPIC Transformation project. ALEX is developing online help systems and training guides to assist the Federal Investigative Services staff and its agency partners in using new software applications that migrate mainframe applications to a web-based portal. Over 20,000 OPM users will benefit from ALEX services and IT technical support upon completion of the EPIC project.
